I am soooo enjoying the kingcake I bought from MsPatticakes …. The reason I am behind her and have multiple posts about her cakes is because she tackled a difficult goal - to make a gluten free, no added sugar (she uses alternative sweetener) and no food dye king cake!!! It tastes amazing and I kept it in my fridge 3 days so I could share it with family and it’s still amazingly good.

My wife is gluten-free, so this cake made for a great surprise. It was surprisingly moist and very flavorful. I can’t recommend it enough!
This king cake did not disappoint!! Was moist flavorful and delicious. Frosting was light and airy. Monk fruit sprinkles was great touch.
