Chantilly King Cake

Made like a traditional king cake with a cinnamon pecan center.  However, no sanding sugar for the topping but instead, a fluffy light cream cheese topping dotted with strawberries, blackberries and raspberries.   Oh my!   Can be made with regular sugar or a low carb version using low carb flour and monkfruit.   As always, gluten free.
