 Perfect for two to four!   These darling cakes are made with monk fruit instead of sugar, and and almond flour blend instead of wheat.   A low carb treat that tastes better than their high carb counterparts.

The base can be made of any flavor:  almond, vanilla, chocolate, coconut or lemon.    The frosting is either a fluffy Chantilly cake frosting made with zero calorie powdered sugar and cream cheese, or a standard buttercream.(low carb) made of vanilla or chocolate frosting.
