Blondies (8x8 square pan)

These blond brownies are made with my almond flour blend, Greek yogurt for protein and moisture (can be vegan), a touch of cinnamon, and versatile for adding semi-sweet chocolate, white chocolate or my favorite: butterscotch chips.   Sugar free version uses monkfruit,  They are delicious and go great with a hot cup of coffee!
