Blondies (8x8 square pan)

These blond brownies can be made as cinnamon roll blondies as well and are made with my almond flour blend, Greek yogurt for protein and moisture (can be vegan), a touch of cinnamon, and versatile for adding semi-sweet chocolate, white chocolate or my favorite: butterscotch chips.   Sugar free version uses monkfruit,  They are delicious and go great with a hot cup of coffee!
