Peanut Butter Frosting

Amazing on chocolate cake or muffins.   Jazz it up with broken peanuts, chocolate chips or Reeses pieces.

For a double layer cake:   Cut in half for an 8x8 square cake

1 cup unsalted butter softened to room temperature

1 cup creamy peanut butter (I use no added sugar Jif Creamy)

3 cups powdered sugar  (Try Truvia Confecitoners Sugar for zero calorie options)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon salt

2 Tablespoons milk
