Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl add
¼ cup warmed buttermilk or creamy oat milk to 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar.
In a small bowl whisk together
3 large eggs,
1/4 tsp salt or seasoning of choice
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tsp. low carb sweetener.
Add all plus 1 1/3 cups flour to large bowl and whisk together. Optional: add rose-mary and garlic seasoning; sprinkle Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning into dough; add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese topped with “Everything Bagel” before baking; add 1 tbsp. honey plus 1 cup blueberries for a sweet biscuit.
Drop by large tablespoonful’s onto the lined baking sheet (an ice cream scoop is fastest). Optional: sprinkle tops with Everything Bagel.
Bake for 12-14 minutes until firm and tops are golden.
